Among the participants were the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Vietnam, the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus, a cleric of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese, Hegumen Micah (Selyakov), and the director of the Russian school in Vung Tau, D.A. Ershov.
