\nOn November 27, Metropolitan Pavel of Manila and Hanoi, Administrator of the Diocese of the Philippines and Vietnam, celebrated a prayer service at the church under construction in honor of the Apostle Thomas in the village of Kinabalan on the island of Mindanao, Philippines.
\nHis Eminence was assisted by Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev), Secretary of the Diocese of the Philippines and Vietnam, and Deacon Daniil Matveyev.
\nFollowing the service, Bishop Pavel addressed those gathered:
\n“Dear parishioners, brothers and sisters! Today we visit the site of the church under construction.
