The parish rector, Priest Juventinus Bulaque\u00f1a, is overseeing the work.<\/p>\n<p>On April 28 and 30, Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev), diocesan secretary of the Diocese of the Philippines and Vietnam, visited the construction site.
