Please accept our heartfelt congratulations on the 15th anniversary of your episcopal ordination!<\/p>\n

For many years, you have diligently labored for the good of the Church of Christ. Having chosen the path of service at the Throne of God, you have set an example of zeal for God’s work, strong faith, and faithfulness to the Lord.<\/p>\n

By Divine Providence, you have been entrusted with a special responsibility\u2014to care for the flock and the well-being of church life not only in your native Fatherland, but also in the Philippines and Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Under your archpastoral omophorion, parishes are being opened, churches are being built, and the faith of Christ is being kindled and strengthened in the hearts of many.<\/p>\n

Your fatherly care, love, and attention are a living image of the good shepherd who lays down his life for his sheep (John 10:11).<\/p>\n

On this momentous day, dear Vladyka, please accept our sincere wishes. May the Merciful Lord grant you health, courage, abundant assistance in the organization of church affairs, and strengthen you in the difficult service ahead.<\/p>\n
