The monastic tonsure of the priest Pavel Fokin, named in honor of the Monk Pavel Obnorsky, the miracle worker of Komel, was performed on October 8, 1996 in the Epiphany-Anastasian Cathedral of Kostroma by Archbishop Alexander of Kostroma and Galich.
