The meeting was attended by: Third Secretary and Vice-Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the Russian Federation Mrs. Catherine Flores Alpay, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Students of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy Archpriest Dimitri Sizonenko.
