On February 25, Wednesday of the first week of Great Lent, the first Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts this year was celebrated at the Blessed Matrona of Moscow Missionary Center in Davao City, Philippines.
The service was celebrated by Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev), diocesan secretary and parish rector.
According to tradition, all statutory services are celebrated without abbreviations at the missionary center during the first week of Great Lent.
