On June 17, 2024, Metropolitan Pavel of Manila and Hanoi and Dmitry Nikolaevich Chernyshenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation for Digital Economy and Innovation, Communications, Media, Culture, Tourism and Sports, met at the Russian Government House in Moscow.
