The President of Russia signed a decree awarding the Order of Friendship to Metropolitan Pavel of Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgut and Governor of Yugra Ruslan Kukharuk.
The decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, dated November 17, 2025 has been published on the official internet portal of legal information.
Metropolitan Pavel of Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgut, head of the Khanty-Mansiysk Metropolitanate and the Administrator of the Filipino-Vietnamese Diocese, was awarded the Order of Friendship “for his contribution to the preservation and development of spiritual and moral traditions, and long-standing charitable and social activities.”
