Feast of church in Alabel

On May 27, the parishes of Blessed Isidore of Rostov, Fool-for-Christ, in Alabel (General Santos Deanery) and Martyr Isidore of Chios in Balilay (North Cotabato Deanery) celebrated their patronal feasts.

At the parish of Blessed Isidore of Rostov, Priest Roman Buniel, the district dean, Priest Alexy Bergado, and Priest Matthew Saleh celebrated the Divine Liturgy.

A procession with the cross followed the service.

Father Roman congratulated the faithful on their patronal feast and delivered a sermon.

At the parish of St. Isidore, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the dean of the parish, Priest Moses Kahilig, the parish rector, Priest Ambrose Sumagaysay, Priest Anthony Aranko, and Priest Rafael Frajillo.

After the services, the faithful continued their celebration over a shared meal.
