The 15^th of October 2019 His Eminence Pavel Metropolitan of Manila and Hanoi arrived in Mindanao island of Philippines Republic. In the Francisco Bangoy airport of Davao City His Eminence was met by the head of the Diocesan Chancellery of the Khanty-Mansiysk Diocese priest Sergiy Nagornyy and the priest of st.Matrona parish of Davao City hieromonk Kornily (Molev).

The 14^th of October 2019

On the feast of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos in the church of the Dormition in Singapore, the first meeting of the Synod of the Patriarchal Exarchate of South-East Asia took place.

The Synod was headed by the Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia, Metropolitan of Singapore and South-East Asia, Sergiy. He was joined by the Metropolitan of Manila and Hanoi, Pavel and the Archbishop of Korea, Theophan. During the meeting, the archpastors discussed a wide range of issues related to the life and activity of the Patriarchal Exarchate of South-East Asia. The meeting was preceded with Divine liturgy, jointly served by the hierarchs of the Exarchate.

The 13^th-14^th of October In a day of Feast of Protection of the Mother of God in Singapore, the capital of the Exarchate, Metropolitan Pavel concelebrated the Divine Liturgy with Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia Metropolitan Sergiy and Archbishop of Korea Theophan.

The 10^th of October 2019 In Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam the meeting of the His Eminence Pavel Metropolitan of Manila and Hanoi with the First Deputy General Director of the Company «Vietsovpetro» Bondarenko Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich took place. During the meeting, the questions about allocation of land in Russian district and building the temple here were discussed. His Eminence presented the icon of the Virgin Mary «The Joy and the Comfort». In this meeting  priest Evgeniy Tsukalo, the head of the parish of the Kazanskaja icon of the Virgin Mary in Vũng Tàu City, took part.

His Eminence Pavel Metropolitan of Manila and Hanoi arrived in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. In the airport His Eminence was met by the attaché to the Consul General of Russia Danila Varich, the head of the parish of the Kazanskaja icon of the Virgin Mary in Vũng Tàu City priest Evgeniy Tsukalo.
