On February 28, Saturday of the first week of Great Lent, the feast of the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God and the feast day of the Great Martyr Theodore Tyrone, Priest Stanislav Rasputin, rector of the parish, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Intercession of the Holy Virgin Parish in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
A distinctive feature of the service was that the reading and singing were primarily in Vietnamese.
Many hymns, arranged in Vietnamese, were performed at the Liturgy for the first time.
