On September 12, Hieromonk Alexei (Lapshin), Dean of the Manila Deanery, at the invitation of the cleric of the Antiochian Orthodox Church, Priest Methodius Rafanan, visited the parish of the Antiochian Patriarchate in Caloocan where six people were baptized. Among those baptized are former clerics of non-canonical Orthodox denominations who wished to unite with the Orthodox Church and be baptized according to its rite.
