On August 18, 2023, Patriarchal Exarch of Southeast Asia, Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and Southeast Asia, and Metropolitan Pavel of Khanty-Mansi and Surgut, administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese, held an all-night vigil on the eve of the feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ in the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in Ostankino. The bishops were served by the clergy of the church of the Life-Giving Trinity.
