On February 19, 2024, Metropolitan Pavel of Manila and Hanoi celebrated a prayer service at the site of the future temple in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “The Quick to Hearer” on Panglao Island (Philippines). The prayer was attended by the Secretary of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev), the dean of the Manila District Hieromonk Alexei (Lapshin), clerics of the Khanty-Mansiysk metropolia, Orthodox Christians living on the island.
