A cleric of the Russian Orthodox Church in Vietnam attended a reception to mark Russia Day.

On June 12, with the blessing of Metropolitan Paul of Manila and Hanoi, Administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese, Hegumen Mikhey (Selyakov), rector of the Parish of Blessed Xenia of St. Petersburg in Hanoi, Vietnam, attended a gala reception to mark Russia Day, organized by the Russian Embassy in Vietnam.

The event brought together over 700 guests, including representatives of Vietnamese government agencies, the diplomatic corps, business and public circles, military attachés, graduates of Soviet and Russian universities, as well as compatriots and citizens of CIS countries living in Vietnam.
