On February 12, Diocesan Secretary Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev) visited the construction site of the mountain church of the Prophet Elijah in the village of Magulo in the Philippines.
The old bamboo hut has fallen into disrepair, and the community needs a new building.
A new project for a prefabricated church for remote rural parishes is being implemented here. Metal columns have already been installed and painted, and the foundation is planned for later.
Father Korniliy talked to the believers and inspected the progress of the work.
