October 19 is the day of Apostle Thomas. The liturgy at the parish in honor of St. Thomas the Apostle in Kinabalan was celebrated by: Priest Joachim Gonzalez, Priest Roman Bunuel and Priest Alexy Bergado. At the end of the festive service, the clergy and parishioners marched in a procession around the church.

New students from the Philippines arrived in Russia and started studying at Ugra State University. Alexander and Mark were trained at the missionary center of St. Matrona of Moscow in Davao and were sent to Russia for further study of the Russian language and admission to the theological seminary.
