Your Holiness, Most Holy Master and Father!

  1. On this significant day, on behalf of the entire clergy, monastics and laity of the Khanty-Mansiysk Metropolitanate, and the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese entrusted to my archpastoral care, please accept heartfelt congratulations on the 16th anniversary of your Patriarchal enthronement!

You are an example to all of us of zealous service to the Eternal Father, Whom the whole Earth magnifies (hymn of praise by St. Ambrose of Milan), and placing all your hope in Him, you confidently lead the flock entrusted to you by Christ to salvation.

In these difficult times, with special feeling you call on people not to despair, but to trust in the omnipotence and mercy of God, to tirelessly offer prayers for the unity of the Church and the peace of the whole world, and also to remember the need for everyone to perform their own small feat every day – to treat their neighbors with love, to help those in need, to work conscientiously.

I prayerfully wish you, Your Holiness, God’s inexhaustible help, good health and good spirits. May the All-Merciful Lord preserve you and multiply the fruits of your Patriarchal service for the benefit of our Orthodox Church and our Fatherland. Many and blessed years to you!
